I hired Bio-One to remove furniture and do a general clean-out and cleaning of my parents' house. The team was very courteous and respectful of my parents' house and belongings. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a situation that I was unsure how to handle in an apartment . Cuyler answered my phone call around 7pm and took the time to talk with me about the situation and my options. Michael was there by 10am the next morning to take care of our biohazard issue. He explained everything to me when he arrived, checked in with me thru out the process and went over everything at the end. He provided me with an estimate of the cleanup and even dealt directly with the insurance adjuster to help me file a homeowner’s claim. I left them in my home ALONE and had them lock my door behind them .. I came home a few days later and it looked as if nothing happened.
