This company is very professional. They returned my call immediately. They handled the issue immediately.. I had a garage full of stray cat and Wildlife feces that had been accumulating for two years while we tried to sell my parents home. My sibling refused to stop feeding all of these animals and it was a disgusting mess. Bio One did a great job of cleaning and disinfecting. Thank you!!!!!

If Google gave more stars, Bio One would get them all! Working with Cyler and his crew was fantastic, and provided better service (and price) than any other cleaning company I have worked with. They were professional, friendly, and treated my late father's belongings with respect.

I recently worked with Bio-One of Akron to assist in the clearing out of a home that had become contaminated with black mold. The former resident was present as we worked in the yard sorting the personal belongings of the resident to find the items they wanted to keep and items they wanted to donate or dispose of. The two workers were very respectful of the home, the owner, and the items removed from the home. On top of that, they worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, we were highly impressed by Bio-One of Akron and they will be at the top of our list when we need similar services in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the work they do. My mom's house was unlivable. They came in and cleaned out all of the garbage, removed the soiled flooring, got rid of all the unusable appliances and gutted the bathroom for us. They cleaned and disinfected the entire house. The crew and Cuyler were absolutely amazing. If you think your job is too big for them its not. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a situation that I was unsure how to handle in an apartment . Cuyler answered my phone call around 7pm and took the time to talk with me about the situation and my options. Michael was there by 10am the next morning to take care of our biohazard issue. He explained everything to me when he arrived, checked in with me thru out the process and went over everything at the end. These guys were absolutely amazing and offered superior knowledge and compassion in our time of need.

We had a great experience with Bio-One! We had a fairly large biohazard incident on the carpet in one of our bedrooms. Cuyler came out within an hour of my call. He provided me with an estimate of the cleanup and even dealt directly with the insurance adjuster to help me file a homeowner’s claim. The crew came the next day to remove the damaged carpet and do a deep clean. They were quick, courteous, and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

This company was very patient, professional, and understanding of the circumstances I needed them for. They are also very affordable to my surprise. They did an AMAZING job .. I left them in my home ALONE and had them lock my door behind them .. I came home a few days later and it looked as if nothing happened. Nothing was stolen either and there was a lot of valuable items they could have helped themselves to. I highly recommend this company.
